Jemma is local to the Miners Rest community and has been part of developing the centre from its inception. The Early Childhood sector is a passion of Jemma’s, in which she has been a part of for 14 years. In her 14 years, Jemmas has worked across all age groups, been a Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Director and an Acting Director.

Jemma has always been known for her warm, nurturing nature and she feels that growing up in a large, fun-loving family with five siblings, has given her the fundamentals to grow into the strong leader she is today.

“My personal Philosophy for Mini Miners is to provide an open-door policy for staff, families and children within the service, providing a space that is warm, inviting and creating moments that feel like sunshine.”

Stacey has worked in the Early Childhood sector for 8 years. During this time she has worked as a lead educator, educational leader and assistant director.

“I’m passionate about providing a high quality of care to all children and to be an advocate for educational equality. I believe that children should be given the opportunity to freely express themselves and I enjoy providing children with a stimulating and safe environment to explore. I put an emphasis on creating strong bonds and trusting relationships with both children and families and accomodating for their individual needs.”
