Kindergarten sessions are run in the Waratah room on set Kindergarten days. In 2026, 3 year old kindergarten is on Monday and Wednesday and 3/4 year old Kindergarten runs on Tuesday and Thursdays for a 7.5 hour session. Days and time of sessions are subject to change each year.

There are many benefits of attending kindergarten in both a long daycare service and standalone kindergarten. You need to find what best suits your child and your family.
Mini Miners Kindergarten program is able to provide wrap around care for all kindergarten children. This means that if you aren’t able to drop off or collect your child in line with the kindergarten session, they are able to receive before and after care at the service, at no extra cost.
You do not have to provide a packed lunch for your kindergartener, all meals are included in your daily fee.
At Mini Miners, our kindergarten sessions are run separate from the long daycare program in the Waratah room. This provides the kindergarten program with more structure and intentional teaching, compared to the long daycare program.
Mini Miners is able to provide a school holiday program as our kindergarten sessions do not run over the school holiday period.
